HAMIDREZA SALAHI ESFAHANI, RMT Notice of Suspension Hamidreza Salahi Esfahani is temporarily suspended from the practice of massage therapy for one month, commencing at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and ending at 11:59 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026 (at the earliest) and, while suspended, cannot practice as a registered massage therapist in B.C. The reason for the suspension is that Hamidreza Salahi Esfahani has admitted to the following: a. Violating professional boundaries and consent standards with respect to the following conduct: i. Hugging a patient; ii. Making inappropriate comments about a patient’s appearance; iii. Massaging a patient’s inner thighs without consent; iv. Failing to inform a patient about draping options for breast assessment and treatment; and v. Undraping a patient’s upper body, exposing her breasts; and b. Violating professional boundaries, consent standards, and engaging in sexual misconduct for massaging a patient’s breasts, including her nipples, without consent and when not clinically necessary.
